What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and selected cryptocurrency payments (where available at checkout).
Can I pay in cryptocurrency?
Yes. Crypto payment is available on select checkouts. If you require assistance or a bespoke invoice, contact the studio.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, check spam/junk folders or contact the studio team.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Mayfair Editions ships internationally. Delivery options, timelines, and any applicable import duties are shown at checkout (where relevant).
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Orders are securely packed and shipped with tracked delivery. High-value works are dispatched with additional protection and handling.
How is my order packaged?
Every Mayfair edition is prepared with collector-level care — protected, sealed, and packed to arrive in pristine condition.
Authenticity & certification
Are your works authenticated?
Yes. All original works and limited editions are authenticated by the Mayfair Editions studio.
Do limited editions come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. Limited editions are hand-signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
How do I verify my work?
If you ever need confirmation for insurance, resale, or archiving, contact the studio with your order number and photos of your certificate/plaque (if applicable).
Limited editions
What does “limited edition” mean?
A limited edition is released in a fixed quantity. Each piece is individually numbered and will not be reproduced once the edition is complete.
Are your prints life-size?
Select releases are produced at full scale to mirror the original artwork’s presence. Product pages list exact dimensions and presentation details.
Will you restock sold-out editions?
No. Once an edition is fully claimed, it is closed permanently.
Original paintings
Are originals one-of-one?
Yes. Original paintings are one-of-one works created by the Mayfair Artist.
Do originals come framed?
Yes. Originals are presented in Mayfair’s signature double-frame design unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Commissions
How do commissions work?
Commissions begin with an enquiry and reference images of your timepiece. The studio will confirm availability, timeline, and a private quotation.
What should I include in my enquiry?
- Photos of your watch (front + angle shots)
- Preferred size
- Your location (for delivery)
- Any presentation preferences
Returns & damage
Do you accept returns?
Due to the collectible nature of limited editions and original works, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the matter promptly.
